Return policy

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store creditexchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unworn, have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email info@frontlinefr.ca for a RMA number
  2. Confirm the following information:

    1. Invoice or Order Number
    2.  Product(s) you wish to return and reason.  
    3. Please confirm details if you are wanting to exchange, store credit or refund back to your original form of payment.

  3. Send all items back to us and include inside the emailed RMA number and invoice/order number.  We recommend you use a shipping method that allows you to track your package.  The product is the consumer's responsibility up until final delivery to our warehouse

Please note the following:

  • It may take up to 5 business days upon receipt in Front Line FR Ltd. Warehouse to process refund, or shipping out the replacement product, 
  • Any associated return product shipping fees the customer will need to pay
  • We recommend you use a shipping method that allows you to track your package.  The product is the consumer's responsibility up until final delivery to our warehouse
